The Regional Artificial Intelligence Initiative (RAII) offers funding to businesses and organizations looking to bring their AI solutions focusing on the productization and commercialization of responsible AI. Priority will be given to projects with demonstrated market traction (e.g., sales, patents) or those with support from the innovation ecosystem (e.g., investors, accelerators).

As part of Boundless Accelerator’s™ commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs, the Rhyze® Up! national accelerator addresses the unique aspects of women-founded or co-founded companies across Canada. This program builds upon our award-winning Rhyze® programming for women and has been tailored to help entrepreneurs identify an effective path to scaling up! If you’re starting, expanding or buying a small business, apply for training, mentoring and a grant through our Starter Company Plus program. Through Starter Company Plus, you can get one-on-one guidance from a Small Business Enterprise Centre advisor, participate in business workshops, seminars or networking events (topics range from writing a business plan to budgeting to marketing campaigns), talk to a mentor with experience in starting, expanding or buying a small business AND you can also apply for a grant of up to $5,000.

The Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (DMAP) program supports Ontario SMEs to better understand their organization’s technology needs, guide their digital transformation decision-making, and optimize their technology investments. Through this program, SMEs work with a Digital Adoption Consultant to generate a Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan tailored specifically to their organization’s digital needs.

The Technology Demonstration Program supports Ontario SMEs that have completed a DMAP project to adopt and implement the digital technology identified in their DMAP, accelerating growth of the SME, while supporting the commercialization of Made-in-Ontario digital technologies.
